Booking:

A $75 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. The booking fee will be applied to your total fee. The deposit is transferable long as a minimal 72 hours notice is given. Cash, Zelle/Venmo and credit/debit cards are accepted.

Guest Policy:

Please try not bring guests with you to your appointment because they can often times be distracting to artist. In order to give you the best brows & lips possible we must be able to have our full attention on them!

Late Policy:

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us ASAP. Appointments will be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment. Artists take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit.

Cancellation & Reschedule:

If the appointment is CANCELLED - Your $75 non-refundable deposit will not apply to your future appointments.

A reschedule and deposit transfer to your new appointment is allowed ONCE ONLY. Please provide at least 72 HOURS NOTICE to reschedule your appointment. Follow the instructions that can be found in your confirmation email or text/call us with your desired date and time & we will try our best to accommodate you!

If a reschedule done more than once or within 72 hours prior to your appointment - Your $75 dollar non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. You will need to place a new deposit for your future (rescheduled) appointment.
