When booking your permanent makeup appointment, you will be asked to place a $50 non-refundable deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. We take deposits via Venmo or credit/debit cards.
Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment because they can often times be distracting to artist. In order to give you the best brows possible we must be able to have our full attention on them!
Appointments will be CANCELLED and no refunds will be given if the client is more than 20 minutes late to their appointment. Artists take multiple clients a day and need the full amount of time for each appointment. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit.
Cancellation & Reschedule:
If the appointment is CANCELLED - Your $50 non-refundable deposit will not apply to your future appointments.
A reschedule and deposit transfer to your new appointment is allowed ONCE ONLY. Please text or email us your reschedule request with new Date and Time at least 2 Days IN ADVANCE. If a reschedule done more than once, Your $50 dollar non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. You will need to place a new deposit for your future (rescheduled) appointment.
A rescheduling within 48 hours prior to appointment - Your $50 dollar non-refundable deposit will be voided. You will need to place a new deposit for your future (rescheduled) appointment.
